Thanks to all the guys. What a fun an exciting environment where you can learn and get all the tips and tricks from the experts along the way.
NB Week 5 (last night) is a must! And do take someone with you on this night. Matching food with (lots!) wines and the exploration of your personal tastes is an amazing thing, upon realizing! Prawns with Rose was my discovery :)
Thoroughly enjoyable.
Course taught you the basics of appreciating wines covering a broad cross section of wines including sparkling, whites, reds and fortifieds in an informal atmosphere.
Highly recommended course as an introduction to the basics of wine appreciation .
