I so enjoyed the course. It taught me that I know i nothing about wine! I am keen to join other classes to improve that knowledge. The other participants were a mixed bag of ages which made the interaction very interesting. The final night at Hotel Gitan was really worth while. And I think we all enjoyed it.
Excellent course from the team at Armadale Cellars. It was a pleasure to learn from presenters with different perspectives on wine. The quality of the wine was excellent, as was the celebration on the last night. Most importantly we feel more comfortable to talk about how we experience wine, and more confident in our tastes. After all, wine is a personal experience. Bravo!
