Thank you so much to Phil and the team at Armadale Cellars! This is such a fabulous course - I learnt so much about different wines - champagne/sparkling, white, red etc etc!! I learnt how to taste wine, how to evaluate wine, tips on how to order wine I am out, how to talk about wine and some amazing wine and food matches. Dinner on week 5 is fabulous and a wonderful way to enjoy wine and dinner with new friends! Thanks again Phil - I will be doing more courses with you!
A very enjoyable course with lots of practical teachings and insights into the world of wine but not too technical that it was intimidating for the novice! Phil and all of the knowledgable speakers made it highly engaging and the last night was a fun way to finish it off - I look forward to signing up to another course.
