Wonderful experience and education in the differing nuances of Shiraz. Phil from Armadale Cellars was an incredible host and he opened my senses to the tastes, colours and scents of Shiraz. I can thoroughly recommend this course to any novice (myself), though my friend Peter whom is very accomplished was delighted with the night too.

I can't say that I've learned anything new. The Shiraz Challenge class has proven very convincingly
that one doesn't have to pay "Grange" price in order to drink excellent Shiraz. I was aware of this
fact before but enjoyed the class nevertheless. The class was good value for it's price. The instructor
was very knowledgeable and conducted the class in a friendly manner. I, personally, would be prepared
to spend few extra dollars in order to increase variety of food during the tasting.
Yes, I would recommend this class to others.
