An excellent way to learn some of the basics about wine tasting from a highly knowledgeable and experienced educator using a unique and original approach with plenty of actual tastings supported by good notes.

This was such good training session with great information to help understand the different characteristics of wine. Phil explained how wine is made and how it affects the palate. Will definitely book another one.
