What a great experience! The opportunity to compare, contrast and consider 12 different champagnes was fantastic. Phillip was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed learning more about my favourite subject - champagne. We even got to try Cristal - something many never get to do owing to its hefty price tag. I highly recommend this course.
