Wonderful way to discover and drink champagne. Onya was super knowledgeable, fun and approachable. The champagnes were varied, interesting and delicious. The chicken pie and salad at the end of the evening were appreciated. Loved it! Had a great night! Highly recommended.
I brought my wife and two friends who love champagne, we all had a fantastic time and really did learn quite a lot including being exposed to some Champagne labels that we were not familiar or hadn't had much chance to drink due to their high price such as Cristal. Phil was a great host and very funny through the night. It was a lot of fun to try and pick which wines we were blind tasting and it was surprising to find some of the bubbles that we liked the most were not necessarily the more expensive ones. I thoroughly recommend the event for anyone who loves champagne. I was also lucky enough to win the door prize of wonderful pack or Riedel glassware! Awesome.
